J&I have successfully completed the following works within a live building to remove an existing steel and glass staircase inc all balustrades, installation of structural steel beams to span the opening, metal decking & reinforcement and casting of lightweight concrete structural slab to return the opening back to base-build. Most of the works were completed out of hours.
